How to Delete Your Account

We respect your privacy and provide easy ways to delete your account and all associated data. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Lets Wed account.

Open Lets Wed App

Launch the Lets Wed application on your Android device and log in

Tap Menu Icon

On the home page, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner of the app bar

Scroll to Bottom

In the drawer menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom

Tap Delete Account

Find and tap the "Delete Account" button

Confirm Deletion

Confirm the deletion when prompted. All your data will be permanently erased

Personal Information:
  • First name, full name
  • Age, gender, dating preferences
  • Bio, occupation
  • All profile images and metadata
  • Phone numbers
Communication Data:
  • All messages and conversations
  • Group posts and comments
  • Chat history and media
Location Data:
  • GPS coordinates
  • All address components (country, county, estate, street, etc.)
Authentication Data:
  • Email address
  • Password (hashed)
  • User ID (UID)

📋 Data That May Be KEPT (Legal/Compliance)

Account timestamps (creation date, last active)Retention: 1-3 years
FCM tokens (for push notifications)Retention: Until user uninstalls app
Basic usage analytics (anonymized)Retention: 1-2 years
